Returns
- Call 877-827-5270 to receive an authorization number. Returns must be made within 30 days and will incur a 25% restocking fee for returned items.
- Special Valve Placement orders or clearance items may not be returned.
- Note: Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on canceled orders along with a 25% restocking fee.
- All returns are at the discretion of North Atlantic Specialty Bags
Rush Shipments
- Please request UPS Ground, UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day or UPS 3rd Day. We will promptly take care of your needs.
Shipping Policy
- UPS is used whenever possible; however, should your order exceed UPS size and weight limits, “Common Carrier” will be selected to speed delivery to you
